This week I enjoyed:
- Friendship – We had a friend come visit for a quick stopover. Only one evening of company but we had a great, long chat and relaxing visit.
- The sunshine – It felt more like end of April then it did March, and I loved every minute of it. We had a good winter but I still am living and looking for Spring. The kids had great days playing in the backyard this week. Everyone enjoyed the sun.
- Hot coffee – Because it was March Break, and I didn’t have to walk Hamster to the bus in the morning, I was able to enjoy my WHOLE cup of coffee while it was hot, and not have to heat it back up after dropping him off.
- Driving – Because of the amount of sun we had, L and I threw the kids in the car a couple of times (with DVDs of course) and just drove around the back roads in the sunshine. So nice! I hope we do more of it as the weather warms up.
- Crossing stuff off my to-do list – Each one is a little piece of a bigger picture and it feels great to be able to see the progress happening.
